Additional Details: This item is a modified "AIRSOFT P90 ELECTRIC GUN RIFLE" "TOY" gun stock.Advertised as a "Ruger 10/22
P90 stock",capable of operating safely as a firearm.He just took it apart,which broke the spring-loaded
magazine catch on top and cut holes in the side and bottom.I have the exact same airsoft gun.It even
came in the exact same styrofoam container,he made a box top to hide the original content.He didn't
note in his auction that this was MADE from a toy,and is NOT designed for actual firearm use

Dear James,Yes this stock is made from a Airsoft.All the stocks we make are made from Airsofts.There
are no factory made P90 stocks for the Ruger 10 22 Rifle,at this time.Just Airsoft conversions like
we have all been seeing on Ebay.We have sold many stocks and no one has been unhappy with them.We are
not professonal gun stock makers,that is why in our ad we clearly say no refunds or returns as is.And
as for the safety of this stock,we have test fired over a thousand rounds through it.It is safe

As you have just clearly stated ,you are not a licensed gun smith, nor a professional gun stock maker
,nor do you mention these facts in your listing.You clearly advertise this as a "Ruger 10 22 P90
stock" and you describe your item as an actual firearm stock,not as a modified "TOY".This is a direct
quote from your listing "This is a P90 stock for the Ruger 10 22 for standard barrel only". I want
my money back for your misleading advertisement in your listing.I will ship your toy back ASAP.

clearly you are just out to scam people. I have given you every chance to give me my money back and
I send you the $20 "modified" toy gun (KAPOWWE P-90 Airsoft AEG Machine Gun P90 Item number: 120127023429)
back. Which is no where to be found in your description. I now have to contact law enforcement to
possibly get my money back that you fraudulently recieved for this completely misrepresented item.

I asked for a refund,because you advertise this stock, as a factory manufactured item,But you sent
me an amateur,at best,basement modified $20 toy gun.You refused, so I leave a truthful feedback.Then
you leave me an unwarranted negative feedback in pure retaliation.I would have paid you with paypal
immediatly after auction end,but you dont except that buyer protected option(now I know why).So I
send you your payment the very next day,you recieved payment within 3 days.why the negative feedback?

Mike, don't you understand that your greed ,by not refunding my money, is going to cost you thousands
in lost revenue? you might want to reconsider, later on I am going to put our story on "google" and
tell the whole world of our true story and that is completely in my legal right to do so. Anytime
some one googles any part of these words: Ruger 10 22 P90 stock ,ebay, Indiana, or any other page 1 of 3or any other tag word that I can think of they are going to read how some amateur guy in springville
